The challenge for the team is to find ways in which Herefordshire tenants can have a say in the services that the housing division provides.
Helen's job includes managing this team. To take a strategic overview of company communications and customer involvement, to work with the Tenants Federation and focus groups. To oversee internal and external communications and to liaise with the local press.
Tenants can also get involved through various focus groups being set up around the county, becoming a Tenant Tester or just by talking to the team.
Tenant testers are a cross section of Herefordshire Housing Tenants from across the County who are prepared to give us their views and opinions on housing policies and a range of housing issues as they arise. This would involve them completing occasional questionaire or survey forms.
Everyone has something they can give to help make the partnership between tenants and Herefordshire Housing a strong one.
