It
will be a condition of the legal agreement between the Council
and Herefordshire Housing that the Company offers to each
tenant the Assured Tenancy Agreement as set out in the Consultation
Document.
(a)
a valid Possession Order against them; or
(b)
have had a valid Notice of Intention to Seek Possession
served on them and this notice is still in force.
Those
tenants would not be given a new Tenancy Agreement until
the Possession Order is discharged or the notice of Intention
to Seek Possession is withdrawn, expires or the proceedings
are discontinued.
The
Tenancy Agreement has been drafted on the basis of the Council's
existing Tenancy Agreement, with changes incorporated to
preserve the rights of tenants
