Tenant Board Member Elections |

In the letter we said that elections would be held for the five tenants board member positions after the first Annual General Meeting. It would have meant that all five tenant board members, who have helped to form Herefordshire Housing and who understand the transfer process, would be stepping down in November/December this year. However, many tenants representatives now believe that this may not be in the best interest of tenants. They feel it would be better to have some continuity on the Board of Management and that it would be more appropriate for tenants board members elections to be held on a rolling basis. A
solution All replacements would be through an election process and all tenant board members would serve for three-year terms. Your
