Herefordshire Housing is run by a Board of Management which is made up of 5 Tenant Members, 5 Independent Professionals, and 5 Councillors. The Board is also run by four committees,they consist of;A Resources Committee, which includes 2 Tenant Members, 3 Independent Members, and 3 Councillor Members.
An Audit Committee, which includes 2 Tenant Members, 3 Indendent Members, and 3 Councillor Members.
An Operations Committee, which includes 3 Tenant Members, 2 Independent Members and 2 Councillor Members.
A Personel Committe, which includes 2 Tenant Members, 2 Independent Members, and 2 Councillor Members.
Tenant Board Members
There are normally five Tenant Board Members on the Board of Herefordshire Housing, however from time to time a member may vacate their role for various reasons, as a result elections are carried out by the Herefordshire Tenants Federation to fill such vacancies.If you are interested in becoming a Tenant Board Member and would like to find out more information and what is involved.
